Based in The Outdoor City of Sheffield for over 10 years now, I love being in the beating heart of the UK’s adventure community.
Having lived and worked for many years in Chamonix and after establishing southern Spain’s first ever commercial climbing wall, a long overdue return to the UK was on the cards.
Where better to settle than the outdoor hub of Sheffield?
With the most popular gritstone climbing crags within 10 minutes drive, access to incredible trail running terrain and varied gravel biking adventures, Sheffield also boasts other benefits of being major city, mainly craft beer breweries and great restaurants!
Though we are at home in all of the UK’s mountain and coastal areas, the Peak District National Park and the outdoor community of Sheffield is our inspiration.
In fact, we are named after the 7 Hills on which Sheffield is built and those hills also make up our logo, while our branding colour palette is inspired by the heather that blankets the Dark Peak area of the national park from late summer.
